The salary range for this position is $53,280 – $71,037 USD per year.
Reporting to our VP, Finance and CFO, you’ll be responsible for the management of Jellyfish’s incoming transactions, and forging strong relationships with customers. The primary focus is billing, you will ensure that all customer billing for Jellyfish clients is performed on time and accurately across all entities.
As a highly organized Billing Manager, you will deliver a first class billing service to Jellyfish clients, coordinating and assisting with the development of the team.
Responsibilities:
Support with the design, development and implementation of the billing goals for Jellyfish.
Help to streamline and ensure and efficient billing processes across Jellyfish.
Review/validate our billing platform for Jellyfish legal entities/region or clients/products to ensure accuracy and following client expectations.
Where required process sales invoices for assigned legal entities/region or clients/products.
Demonstrate awareness of billing rules and be prepared.
