About the Role: Are you passionate about making a difference in students’ lives? We’re seeking a dedicated School Psychologist to join our team. In this role, you’ll provide invaluable counseling and psychoeducational evaluations to students, ensuring they receive the support they need to thrive academically and emotionally. Key Responsibilities: Offer compassionate student counseling and conduct psychoeducational evaluations. Actively participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings, contributing valuable insights to support students’ educational goals. Prepare comprehensive case reports and make educational eligibility determinations. Utilize excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with onsite school personnel, fostering positive relationships within the school community. Cultivate rapport with students, creating a supportive environment for their academic and personal growth. Qualifications: Possession of 1 or more valid state licenses or equivalent school psychologist certification. Active licensure from the Department of Education (DOE). Minimum of 1 year of experience conducting evaluations and counseling in a school setting (excluding internship/practicum). Previous involvement in IEP meetings, serving as a case manager, and completing comprehensive case reports and educational eligibility determinations. Proficiency in Spanish (bilingual). Reliable Wi-Fi/internet access and personal computer ownership. Familiarity with technology, including headphones and personal computers. Clinicians can choose to work as few as 5 hours per week or up to 40 hours, with availability considered within typical school-based hours. Compensation ranges from $48 to $51 per hour for direct therapy/counseling services. Evaluations are compensated separately based on a component billing model.
