Conduct telephonic intakes with clients to capture essential factual information and background information.
Take detailed and actionable notes of client’s testimony.
Communicate clearly and empathetically with clients.
Draft succinct and detailed factual summaries
Identify relevant laws that have been violated
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree
1+ years of paralegal experience, preferably working in a labor/employment litigation practice
Excellent writing skills
Proficient in all Microsoft applications, including but not limited to Word, Outlook, and Teams.
Able to operate a multi-line phone, calculator, and cell phone.
