Senior Service Team Leadsare responsible for first-level response and resolution of escalated issues with external and internal customers.

Responsible for the overall delivery of benefits and services by providing support and guidance to existing and potential customers to ensure continued membership.

“Primary Responsibilities:
” Manage overall delivery of benefits and services by providing support and guidance to existing and potential customers to ensure continued membership ” Provide expertise and customer service support to members, customers, and / or providers ” Identify and resolves operational problems using defined processes, expertise and judgment ” Investigate claim and / or customer service issues as identified and communicate resolution to customers ” Has great people management skills and excellent interpersonal skills ” Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) ” Fast learner ” Must lead team and motivate them along the way “

Required Qualifications:
” Bachelor’s Degree (or higher) ” 2+ years of member or customer service experience ” 1+ years of claims processing experience and community development ” CA Health License or the ability to obtain one within the first 30 days of employment ” Bilingual fluency in English and Korean ” Intermediate level of proficiency with Microsoft Word (ability to create documents) and Microsoft Excel (ability to create spreadsheets) ” If you need to enter a work site for any reason, you will be required to screen for symptoms using the ProtectWell mobile app, Interactive Voice Response (i.e., entering your symptoms via phone system) or similar UnitedHealth Group-approved symptom screener.
When in a UnitedHealth Group building, employees are required to wear a mask in common areas.
