We’re looking for a world class Benefits Analyst to join the People Team! 

What You’ll Do

  • Working closely with the Benefits & HRIS and Total Rewards teams, you will play a key role in computing, processing, and auditing our benefits. 

  • Collaborate with a team of existing benefit professionals and forward thinking business partners throughout the company to support our total rewards structure.

  • Understand and audit benefits deductions for our US weekly and biweekly payrolls

  • Manage monthly benefit invoicing and auditing to ensure reconciliation with payroll and accounting

  • Conduct enrollment audits and compliance reviews.

  • Support open enrollment project and changes related to benefit design, HRIS/payroll, compliance updates, web content and communications

  • Lead, develop and implement change management, including team member communications

  • Provide guidance on employee benefits-related questions, research and resolve benefits issues, partnering with appropriate management on escalated matters

  • Review and approve all benefits enrollments and transactions in Workday, ensuring accuracy of data, adequate documentation, and that enrollments meet all eligibility requirements.

  • Assist in administration of LOA program, tracking and employee communications.

  • Partner with payroll for ongoing program audits (401k, HSA, FSA, etc.)

  • Participate in the annual benefits renewal process, non-discrimination testing and ACA reporting

  • Manage relationships with Snap partners who may be remote or based in different time zones

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Familiarity with benefits best practices and compliance requirements

  • Expert with Excel/Google Sheets

  • Knowledge of pre/post tax benefit deductions, fringe benefits, equity, gross-ups, and their impact to net pay

  • Understanding of federal and state regulations related to salaries, wages, taxes, benefits, and other payroll related matters

  • Excellent analytical and problem resolution skills

  • Outstanding attention to detail

  • Effective verbal and written communication and organizational skills

  • Ability to efficiently perform several tasks concurrently and work independently in a deadline driven environment

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of experience

  • 3+ years experience performing benefit/HRIS functions or in a similar field

Preferred Qualifications

  • Degree in Accounting/Business Administration/Finance/similar subject area

  • Experience with Workday/ADP Streamline, including processing, creating earning/deduction codes, and payroll implementations

  • Experience with payroll systems implementations
