Benefits Administrator

Accounting Principals are currently recruiting for a Benefits Administrator for a growing organization on the Westside. Competitive pay and great benefits offered!Responsibilities include:• Auditing Premium Billing Statement for group health premiums• Submitting check request for billing statements• Respond to inquiries from Finance Department regarding premium remittance• Audit benefit deductions and set up adjustments for premium deductions as needed• Research and resolve escalated employee issues with third party vendor responsible for providing customer service – Assist with Annual Open Enrollment and the implementation of new/changes in benefit plans• Work with Benefits Manager to develop and implement continuous process improvements as needed• Assist with LOA Premium Billing and Payment tracking.Experience and Skills• Minimum four (4) years of experience in benefits or related human resources position• Computer literate (Excel, Word and other Microsoft programs)• Proficient in math and the ability to perform complex calculations• Able to multi-task and prioritize in a busy team environment• Must be a self-starter and a team player• HRIS experience, preferably Ceridian• Strong verbal and written communication skills• Minimum Education: AA Degree or equivalent job experience• Preferred Education: BS/BA Degree or equivalent job experienceIf you would like to be considered, please forward a copy of your resume.Job Type: Full-timePay: $60,000.00 per yearExperience:• Benefits: 4 years (Required)Education:• Bachelor’s (Required)Location:• Los Angeles, CA (Required)
