Benefit Configuration Analyst

Position Purpose: Implement new client benefit setup and hierarchy based on the specific needs of the client.

Modification client benefit setup based on plan design changes of existing clients.Develop all hierarchy levels in PBM system for client setups and configurationReview and verify client setup is accurately reflected in PBM systemSupport quality reviews and testing of all benefit setup prior to client implementation and go-live datePartner with Compliance department to audit client setups and configuration post go-liveResolve escalated and complex processing, change requests, issues or questionsResponsible for own work flow assignments and must be able to take the initiative to resolve problems and meet deadlinesServe as a lead for team regarding any benefit and configuration issues or questionsEducation/Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Health Administration, related field or equivalent experience.

3 years experience with benefits administration (i.e.

configuration, set up, or implementation).
