Our Case Supervisors, who have Doctorate and Master’s Degrees, are experienced, supportive, knowledgeable, and resourceful and will provide you with on-going training and supervision.

We are immediately hiring for a rewarding position as a Behavior Specialist! This position allows you to work one on one with a child at a school setting, utilizing the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) to meet specific behavior goals for that child. Current positions are available M-F, between the hours of 8am-3pm, and would be around 30 hours/week.

Position Description:

As a Behavior Specialist, you will work one on one with a child at school. You will work collaboratively with a company Case Supervisor to develop and implement positive behavior intervention strategies to improve a child’s skills in the following areas of development: functional behavior, emotional regulation, language and communication, socialization, academic performance, and independent daily living skills.

Position Qualifications:

•Bachelor’s Degree in psychology, child development, education, special education, social work, counseling, or a related field.

•Prior experience working with children.

•Must be patient, creative, motivational & enthusiastic toward children.

•Must be ethical, professional, reliable, diligent, and work well within a team setting.

•Must be comfortable taking initiative, taking direction from others and working independently.

•Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.

•Must be able to run short distances, sit on floor, bend down, squat, kneel, and twist at the waist in order to interact and educate our clients.

•Must be able to stand and sit for extended periods of time.

•Knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and Crisis Prevention Intervention (CPI) is preferred.

Requirements for all Positions:

•Background & TB clearance; reliable transportation; valid CA driver’s license; auto insurance

•A minimum 1-year commitment
