Position Overview: We are looking for a Receptionist to join our team.
The ability to multi-task, a team player mentality, and a positive attitude are a must!
Client service is at the heart of this position, as youll be the first point of contact for our clients, whether answering the phone or greeting them as they arrive for their services.
Duties and Responsibilities Include: Scheduling appointments Warmly greet guests, check them in, and check them out Coordinate in between services, helping ensure a good flow Answer all incoming phone calls, and handle client questions Perform opening and/or closing duties Learn and maintain knowledge of Be Rosy services and retail product, in order to expertly answer client questions Handle beverage service for clients while they are waiting for their appointments to begin, and having the services performed Become proficient in using Vagaro, our appointment booking and processing system Perform cleaning, and maintain the cleanliness and organization of the salon, refilling stations as needed, etc.
Periodically help take pictures for Be Rosy Instagram account, such as clients nails, makeup, scenes from the beauty space, etc.
Demonstrate exceptional customer service Qualifications: Prior receptionist experience preferred but not required Be detailed-oriented, proactive, a team player, and have a positive attitude!
