Administrative Assistant
**IMMEDIATE HIRE**We are looking for a reliable and competent administrative assistant to assist with a variety of office duties such as typing of letters, completing forms, creating compliance reports, data entry, answering phones, filing, help with recruiting/on-boarding, and other miscellaneous projects as needed.
The ideal candidate will be a hard-working professional who is able to handle various office support tasks with a high degree of attention to detail and discretion. A team player who can communicate effectively (verbally and written), prioritize, and follow-through. A friendly personality with strong communication skills is also highly valued.
Qualifications:
5 + years experience as a mid-high level executive assistant
Strong Computer skills: (PC and MAC) Microsoft, Word, Powerpoint and Excel. Google Drive (sheets, docs, slides)
Fast typing (minimum 55 wpm) and fast notes)
BA/BS degree *preferred*
Successful candidates will have excellent writing skills with experience creating a variety of written items such as but not limited to; audit responses, proposals, company-wide memos, response letters to customer-clients and other industry related business and professional affiliates; also able to take fast notes, and multi-task with ease.
The position will start as part-time (8am-2pm/M-F). Hours can be expanded to full-time after approximately six months. The dress code is business casual.
