BDC Assistant

Our client, an established fashion company is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join their team. This company offers a wide range of high quality products across various categories. The Men’s, Women’s and Accessories lines are sold in high end department stores, ecommerce, and specialty stores nationwide.

Salary/Hourly Rate:

$19 – $24/hr

Position Overview:

The Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing administrative support to the Product Technical Services Manager. The Administrative Assistant will effectively handle office supply management, new hire set up, travel, meeting prep, and calendars for multiple managers.

Responsibilities of the Administrative Assistant:

  • Word-processing of all correspondence, performance appraisals process, and completing on boarding schedules
  • Customer service support for associates in division as well as, miscellaneous tasks and projects assigned by the Managers
  • Responsible for follow through with all VP communication and division coordination, with other departments, Human Resources, and all outside sources
  • Effectively maintains and insures processes are in place to protect division’s confidential material
  • Maintains attendance trackers within division

Qualifications for the Administrative Assistant:

  • Microsoft Outlook experience Excel & PowerPoint is a plus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree is preferred
