BDC Assistant

We are looking to hire the first person people to join our Support team. Specifically, someone who is eager to build a long-term career with us. So, if you are someone who is customer service-oriented with a customer-first mindset and looking to take their customer service skills to the next level by working on our remote operations team, please apply!

Basic Requirements

Experience for this role is necessary (we’re looking for at least 2-3 years of experience), however, the most meaningful qualifications are that you’re determined and can learn quickly.

Here are some good guidelines:

  • You genuinely want to help people
  • 2-3 years of experience doing customer service/support in a call center-esque environment
  • 1-2 years as a team lead in a call center-esque environment (would be nice to have but not mandatory)
  • You are adaptable to change
  • You are empathetic and have a disposition that puts people at ease
  • You are quick-witted on the phone when it comes to overcoming a customer’s objections
  • You are enthusiastic and passionate
  • You are a fast typer
  • You are extremely accurate when it comes to data entry
  • You have a customer-first mindset
  • You have a dedicated workspace, equipment, and strong internet connection
  • You have basic knowledge of working with Excel or Google Sheets (or are willing to learn)

Salary = $15- $22 an hour
