BDC Assistant

Adecco is currently assisting one of our clients in the Los Angeles area looking for an Administrative Assistant in the Legal industry. This position is a direct hire position. The Administrative Assistant will be a key member in supporting the firm’s team on a 2 nd shift schedule (3:30pm-11:30pm). Responsibilities for this Administrative Assistant position include, but are not limited to:

  • Answer phones and greet visitors
  • Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
  • Schedule and coordinate staff and other meetings
  • Collate and distribute mail
  • Process word processing documents
  • Support the Travel & Expense department
  • Prepare communications, such as memos, emails, invoices, reports, and other correspondence
  • Write and edit documents from letters to reports and instructional documents
  • Create and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical
  • Manage accounts and perform bookkeeping
  • To be considered for this Business Development Coordinator position, you should:

  • Bachelor’s Degree plus minimum of two years’ experience
  • Must know litigation and other areas of law, including e-filing
  • Ability to work independently and to collaborate with both lawyers and multiple departments and team members
  • Enthusiastic self-starter with ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent time management skills and attention to detail
  • Strong technical skills (including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and web platforms).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Schedule is 2 nd shift (3:30pm-11:30pm)
