Will have a particular focus on wage and hour matters.
Significant experience responding to wage and hour issues is a must, attorneys with significant wage and hour litigation experience who are looking to transition into an advice and counseling role will be strongly considered.
Additional experience in responding to disability leave and accommodation questions; handling handbook and policy reviews; reviewing incentive andcompensation plans; and conducting trainingessential.
Portable business a plus.
Should have California Bar Admission.
Must have understanding of current agency (state and federal) enforcement techniques.
Bilingual a plus.
