Los Angeles office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks mid-level wage and hour class actions associate attorney with 3+ years of experience.

The candidate will serve in the growing national management-side Employment, Labor and Workforce Management practice.

Must have knowledge of employment law, specifically wage-and-hour law including experience defending complex wage-and-hour litigation matters.

Should preferably have experience handling all aspects of litigation, such as interviewing witnesses, reviewing electronically stored documents, drafting pleadings and various motions and briefs including to oppositions to class certification motions, conducting and defending depositions, interacting with clients and opposing counsel, and attending to certain court appearances.

Admission to practice law in California is mandatory.
