BCG Attorney Search: E-Discovery Attorney

Practice Area: Litigation E-Discovery, Job Type: Attorney, Firm Type: Law Firm, Experience: 2 Years, Los Angeles office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks an e-discovery attorney with experience in all facets of the EDRM.

The candidate will engage in e-discovery work and help manage projects within the document review center.

Will have a high level of responsibility and include client and partner-level interaction.

Responsible for e-discovery work on complex litigations.

Supervise and coordinate project execution to meet project timelines, budgets, and standards.

Serve as point of contact with the case team, including partners, and/or client regarding e-discovery project execution, implementation, and status.

Oversee document review team on a daily basis.

Create accurate budgets/estimates for review projects, as well as monthly revenue forecasting and monthly invoice review.

Create and manage document review work-flows, including the QC process.

Provide guidance and training to review attorneys to sustain and improve work product and performance.

Perform document review when needed.

Extensive project management experience is required.

Prior client service/project management experience is preferred.

Must be admitted to the Bar in the state of practice.

Strong familiarity with document review work-flows is required.

Familiarity with the litigation process and legal documents is needed.

Understanding of privilege law is essential.

A strong technical background, excellent computer skills, and strong familiarity with Relativity including analytical and TAR-related e-discovery tools are a must.

Outstanding communication skills, both written and oral, are required.

Must have excellent attention to detail with exceptional planning and organizational skills.
