Duties may include, but not limited to: Oversee the process of coaches teaching fundamentals of basketball through effective planned practices at the appropriate skill level for each group Ages 3-14. Ability to create processes must-have for the position. Onboarding new coaches. Coaches 30/90 evaluation. Controlling a practice of time management. Oversee quality and quantity of gym equipment. Maintain a positive atmosphere and serve as a role model to the coaches. Ensure a safe practice environment for the trainers. Building a great team. Requirements: Must have a functional command and knowledge of the game of basketball and be willing to take direction and instruction from senior coaches in the program if need be.
