BEST BASKETBALL COACHES ONLY. 4 DAYS A WEEK TU/THU/FRI/SAT ROYAL BASKETBALL SCHOOL – West Hills, CA Duties may include, but not limited to: Teach the fundamentals of basketball through effective planned practices at the appropriate skill level for each group Ages 3-14. Teach sportsmanship, cooperation, team building. Arrive to practice location 10 min early to ensure facilities are unlocked and ready to use. Clean up any mess or trash left in the gym. Set up the practice area with the necessary equipment. Maintain a positive atmosphere and serve as a role model to the players. Ensure a safe practice environment for the players. Manage equipment (basketballs, cones, etc.) Game coaching/reffing/officiating. Requirements: Must have a functional command and knowledge of the game of basketball and be willing to take direction and instruction from senior coaches in the program if need be. Must be capable of teaching boys and girls ages 3-14. Group of 12-15 kids Must have their own means of transportation (Personal vehicle is highly recommended) Basketball experience College Level or above.
