Café de Leche Coffee Roasters is looking for a friendly Barista to join our growing company.
We’re dedicated to roasting and brewing the best coffee we can find, and creating warm, professional, and inviting cafes where everyone feels welcome.
*We’re looking for an experienced, full-time barista with open availability on weekdays as well as weekends**.*
The position requires that you display a friendly and outgoing personality, superior time management skills, and the ability to create and maintain a professional and friendly environment in which to work.
You must possess a love of coffee and learning about coffee, be personally committed to outstanding customer service, be punctual, and have a friendly attitude. You must be highly task-oriented and have experience with completing side work as well as deep cleaning. You must be able to commit at least one year to the position.
