Little Fatty / Accomplice bar is looking for a Bar Prep to add to our team!
The Bar Prep will assist the Bartender(s) / Bar Director in ensuring the bar room/prep tasks is stocked and completed before service. They will have a full understanding of our Bar Program.Must have experience with cocktail creation, knowledge of classic recipes, capacity of high volume, sense of urgency, and hospitality oriented.
All trainings and tastings will be open to this as well.
Great opportunity for an individual looking to get into bartending and learning the back of the program.
Previous experience in a fast paced environment preferred. You need to be self motivated and be able to handle multiple priorities at one time. Professionalism and positive attitude are a must.
Must be available 4 days a week
AM shifts
Responsibilities
- Prep syrups, infusions, etc strictly following recipes provided
- Batch liquor for cockatils
- Assist in putting orders away
- Maintinence of bar prep room, bar walk-in cooler, and dry storage
Qualifications
- Basic math skills
- Clear communication
- Must be able to lift up to 50lbs
- Eagerness to learn and grow
- Previous experience in a fast paced environment preferred
