The Banquet Attendant will work private member and club events including physical set-up, preparation, service, tear-down and clean-up, executing turnovers to meet deadlines. Banquet Attendants will set quality tables and serve first class meals to Club members and their guests according to well-established rules of etiquette. The Banquet Attendant will follow specific Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) and floor plans to ensure accuracy of the set-up and ensure all the requests and expectations of the member sponsoring an event are met, that their guests receive the first-class service the club is known for and that all food and beverage needs are met. The Banquet Attendant will be an experienced individual capable of working events of all types and sizes, both indoors and out, as well rotating amongst the Club’s restaurants. Customer service experts with deep knowledge of the club’s services, facilities and standards, they will maintain the cleanliness and eye appeal of the banquet space. This is a fast-paced position that will involve constant customer interaction and strong attention to detail to ensure that private events are flawlessly executed for our members and their guests. Must be able to stand and walk for long periods of time, sometimes outdoors, and occasionally lift and carry up to 50 pounds. Both full and part-time positions available with pay rates from $16.50 – $20.00 per hour based on experience. Full benefits package for full-time Team Members.
