We are looking for Barbacks that embody the following:

* A genuine passion for providing the highest level of hospitality to all of our guests
* The ability to multitask, be consistently punctual and extremely reliable
* Capable of working in a fast-paced environment
* Maintain a professional appearance and the ability to adhere to Bottega Louie standards
* Must have a flexible schedule, available to work 30+ hours per week (for Full Time): days, nights and/or weekends.

Part Time is available as well!

Job Responsibilities:

Keep the bar stocked with liquor, syrups, glasses, napkins and all other bar necessities to ensure that bartenders can serve customers efficiently
* Have extensive knowledge of Bottega Louie’s food offerings, beverage program and patisserie items
* Keep the bar neat and clean (including, but not limited to organizing the counter, cleaning up spills or broken glasses, assisting in emergency situations)
* Perform station opening, closing and side work duties for each shift and always check out with the manager on duty
* Demonstrate leadership by displaying job expertise, a positive attitude, initiative, and enthusiasm
* Understand and embody the Bottega Louie lifestyle, mission and brand

Qualified Barbacks must have excellent communication skills and a team-based mentality.

Two Years’ experience is a plus.
