We are looking for an experienced Auto Body Estimator.
This job entails providing Customer Service to all customers on the phone, in person and throughout the entire repair process.
Responsible for being the point of contact for the customer throughout the entire repair process from drop-off until the vehicle is delivered.
Must communicate well with customers, insurance companies, parts Associates and Management.

We will beat competitor’s pay rates Sign on bonus offered Job Requirements: Job Duties Estimate assigned appointments and complete repair plans Review repair plan with customer and discuss repair options Obtain all authorizations to complete repairs from customer Inspect vehicle with customer upon drop-off Input estimate and corresponding notes/paperwork into CCC One database Communicate vehicle status to customer and respond to all their phone calls/e-mails Communicate with technicians and parts Associates to ensure timely completion of work Perform quality control of vehicles prior to delivery Deliver vehicle to customers and provide them with details of work performed Produce estimates for any ‘walk-in’ customers Manage multiple repairs simultaneously Handle total loss claims Comply with company safety rules and guidelines Perform other related duties as assigned Skill/Requirements Must be at least 18 years of age Communicate effectively with others, verbal and written (must respond to e-mails) Ability to achieve targeted goals Prior sales experience preferred but not required CCC One database experience preferred but not required Organized and multi-tasking skills Time management skills and the ability to adapt to fast paced environment Experience with and able to work with technology Benefits Competitive salary plus monthly bonuses Weekly pay Medical, Dental, Vision and Supplemental Insurance 401k plan 401k employer match Paid vacation Paid holidays Paid sick leave Job Type: Full-time
