– MichiganWe are currently looking for a motivated and driven Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to grow with our organization.

Autism Family Partnership is a program of Early Autism Services, focused on providing high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis services specifically designed for school aged children and adolescents.

Autism Family Partnership’s goal is to make quality ABA therapy available to children of all ages and abilities.

The duties of the Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) include:Supervising and training non-certified staffAttending team meetings with family members, technicians, and other consumers Providing training and feedback to parents during scheduled Caregiver Training sessionsAnalyzing data taken by therapy teams and making treatment decisionsUpdating client goals and treatment plansTaking part in initial assessments for new clientsProviding some direct (1:1) service to young children with autismCollaborate with remote BCBAs offering telehealth supervision on casesRequirementsThis position requires a car, and a willingness to travel in the Metro-Detroit areaA BCBA certificateExperience working with school aged children, teens, or adults with autismSalary is competitive and varies depending on coursework completed and previous experienceJob Type: Part-timeRequired experience:Working with individuals with autism: 1 yearApplied Behavior Analysis: 1 yearBCBA license/certificationPrior BCBA experienceHourly compensation: Varies depending on experienceEducation:Master’s (Required)License:Board Certified Behavior Analyst (Required)State of Michigan Behavior Analyst License (Required)
