As our company grows, we are looking for great candidates to join our team.What We OfferAbove Industry Standard CompensationA Variety of Trainings & CertificationsEmployer Paid Medical with Vision Dental ad-onSupplemental Medical (Aflac)Generous Paid Time Off Program401(k) with Company MatchCell Phone or Cell Phone AllowanceFlexible Work SchedulePosition SummaryThis position ensures drilling operations are in accordance with the drilling plan from implementation, completion and abandonment of drill sites.The Driller co-ordinates the use of drilling equipment, prepares equipment for the drilling operation, manage cost, and maintains daily reports.This individual promotes safety, reports safety problems, incidents, accidents, or irregularities.Act as a team leader for the crewSafely operates equipment and rigs.ResponsibilitiesPerform, supervise and operate on drilling crew.Operate rigs and drilling equipment.Ensure safety training is done and logged.Maintain daily drilling reports.Inspect, maintain and maintenance equipment.Manage crew time and submits report for assigned crew.Do well log, logbook, repair orders, DUIR inspection sheet and tailgate daily.Manage the work site activity.Continued studies of CEU’s and JSA’s.Maintain all certifications.Complete other duties and projects as assigned.Learn, understand, and implement safe work practices.QualificationsHigh School Diploma or Equivalent.5 years of experience in the drilling industry (required).3 years of experience as an auger / direct push driller (required).Driller license as required in applicable state(s).CDL
