Are you looking for a Real Estate Attorney opportunity that is 100% remote indefinitely? This is a Real Estate Attorney opportunity to work with well-known retail organizations on their retail leasing matters. The Real Estate Attorney will handle the drafting of lease agreements, purchase and sale agreements, operating and partnership agreements.
This unique position offers either 10, 20, 30 or 40 hours per week depending on the candidate’s desired commitment. This is a W-2 position. Since you’ll be employed by the firm, this can be the sole position of the attorney to avoid conflicts. We’ve placed another attorney with the firm several years ago and she’s enjoying the remote structure and flexibility! There are no billable hours.
