Key Duties

Responsibilities for this position include conducting physical exams and providing medical, surgical, dental, and diagnostic care for patients. Effective communication with colleagues and clients is essential for success in this role. The ideal candidate should also promote and educate clients on preventive healthcare techniques and stay current with the latest medical advancements and techniques.
Collaboration as part of a team is essential to enhance the clinic and client experience, and adherence to hospital policies and procedures is required to ensure the well-being of clients, staff, and animals.

Key Skills, Qualifications and Client Requirements

  • Doctor of Veterinary degree, or equivalent, from an accredited university
  • Current DEA License or obtained upon hire
  • Active veterinary state license in good standing
