Overview Practice Fusion is currently seeking a Business Systems Integration Engineer to be instrumental in the strategy, implementation, and ongoing use of Boomi across multiple subsidiaries.
A significant part of the job involves development and improvement of our processes in the Boomi Atomsphere platform, which include integrations that push and pull data from our core EHR product to applications such as our CRM, ERP, data warehouse and other third-party applications.
Responsibilities Hands on design, development, deployment, and maintenance of integration processes between applications, cloud and/or on premise, using the Dell Boomi AtomSphere platform (Cloud Integration, Application Integration and Enterprise web services APIs).
Design extensible and scalable integration infrastructure using Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) and Enterprise Application Integration (EAI) design patterns.
Translate business requirements into well-architected solutions that best leverage the Boomi Atomsphere platform in alignment with the business’ overall enterprise architecture and information security policies.
Development of workflow applications using Boomi Flow.
Support custom application integrations via Apache Active Message Queue, AWS SNS and AWS SQS.
Collaborate with the Business Systems, Engineering, Product and other internal teams to gather and understand data and systems integration requirements.
Independently run multiple projects end-to-end, including ownership to ensure successful planning, execution, analysis, and communication.
Proactive monitoring and responsible for production uptime and performance.
Experience: Excellent verbal and written communication skills
– this role is heavily collaborative and often engages with stakeholders to gather and groom requirements.
3 years relevant work experience in the Business Systems or Operations environment with 1 year of experience in the Dell Boomi AtomSphere platform.
Experience in structured release management, scrum methodologies, and JIRA a must.
Knowledge and utilization of Eclipse IDE and GIT to package deployments is preferred.
Hands-on project experience with integrating and supporting enterprise-level applications such as Salesforce is a must.
Knowledge and experience of APIs, webhooks, and general data transfer approaches required.
Hands-on and project experience with Boomi Flow a HUGE plus.
Creating Tableau, PowerBI or AWS Quicksight reports and dashboards a plus.
Qualifications: Academic and Professional Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree (Information Technology or Computer Science preferred) Must have received or be willing to receive the COVID-19 vaccine by date of hire to be considered for employment with Allscripts.
