Associate Information Security Analyst
Job Summary
This individual supports the IT risk management oversight program in accordance to eMoney Advisor standards.
As an Associate Security Analyst, this individual’s primary responsibility will be to respond to third party risk assessments and to provide support for eMoney’s overall risk management program
Job Responsibilities
Respond to and track client risk assessments directed to eMoney Advisor and our application
Engage with all areas of the business to ensure compliance with required customer assessments per eMoney Advisor policy and procedures Review and complete customer security questionnaires and provide supporting fieldwork materials to ensure assessments are complete and meet eMoney Advisor and customer expectations/SLA’s.
Support onsite assessments/audits and contribute to providing the overall IT Risk direction of eMoney Document findings and work with business owners to resolve those findings through remediation plans or through risk acceptance approvals Escalate issues associated with customer audits and third parties to Senior Management as needed Identify opportunities for process improvements to deliver increasing operational efficiency in the processes Assist with various Information Security, IT Risk Management and Third Party Risk Management program initiatives Review, update and create IT and Security related policies, procedures and standards Participate in security awareness initiatives, such as new hire orientation training and Cybersecurity Awareness Month.
Skills
Proficient technical skills, including: audit, business analysis, change management, IT Risk Management, operation systems and data sources knowledge, performance metrics and reporting, technical problem resolution, project management, and vendor management
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to effectively lead discussions and meeting Proficient risk assessment, interpretation, analytical and negotiation skills Excellent organizational skills
