AmLaw100 firm is looking for expereinced Attorneys to work within their Corporate & Securities practice. This will be an ideal roel for someone with 3+ years of experience handling complex M&A and private equity clientele within a large firm environment.
Additional expreeince with venture-backed sdtartups or leveraged buyouts are highly preferred.
Candidate must have a JD from a reputable US law school and be in good standing with the California State Bar in which they reside. Must have prior experience working with a large-sized/AmLaw firm.
The position will begin remote, but will later sit in one of the firm’s locations throughtout Northern or Southern California.
Firm salary will be based on year level. Billable hour requirement of 2200/year, with bonus eligibility beginning at 1700, depending on year-level.
