You will start to assist with day-to-day client support to translate data into compelling stories and manage account project activities. This is an incredible growth opportunity, to build your capabilities in research and position yourself for expanded career opportunities.Key OutcomesAs an Associate in Client Leadership, you will:Learn study progression process and standard research principlesAssist team members to create analysis plans, storyboards and reportsConduct secondary research to support clients & deliverablesSupport day to day account activities, partnering across departments to ensure smooth delivery.  Activities include: logic checking deliverables, creating shells for analysis, invoicing, uploading database forms, managing timelines, ad hoc requestsCapabilitiesBachelor’s degree (Marketing, Psychology, Economics or Social Sciences preferred)Team player mentality—willing to do what it takes to get the job done and you are comfortable with ambiguityHighly organized with ability to manage multiple priorities and deadline pressuresExcellent verbal and written communication with internal/external clients using logical reasoning and problem-solving skillsProficient computer skills in Microsoft office tools and ability to master other business tools e.g., SPSS, SAS, Survey Reporter)The ability to build and maintain internal and external relationshipsImpeccable attention to detail, organized, and with a drive for accuracy and timelinessExcellent verbal and written communication with internal/external clients using logical reasoning and problem-solving skills1+ year of market research experience a plusAt Kantar we have an integrated way of rewarding our people based around a simple, clear and consistent set of principles.
