Northrop Grumman is seeking an Associate Business Management Analyst, Pathways Program.

This position will be located at our Defense Systems Headquarters in McLean, VA.

The qualified candidate will become part of Northrop Grumman’s Business Management Pathways Program.

The Pathways Program combines work experience with training and networking opportunities to foster technical and leadership development.

As a program participant, you will complete a rotation based curriculum to develop competencies in a variety of specializations across our business management functions.

Roles and Responsibilities Contributes to the Cost Accounting master data in our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system; data reviews and analysis Responsible for the Sector/Division level indirect rate variance reports including variance analysis and forecasting Contributes to the preparation of the annual Forward Pricing Rate Proposal (FPRP), including creation of submission templates, analyzing data, and working with Divisions when finalizing the submission files Bi-Weekly Payroll (PR) suspense Reporting Interacts with personnel and management at all levels Contributes to other tasks, projects and process improvement activities within the Rates and Budgets team Supports and contributes to the digital transformation of the Rates and Budgets team Basic Qualifications A candidate, regardless of age and hiring source, must meet ALL of the below criteria.

The candidate must: Be completing Finance or Business bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution or equivalent experience Have an overall cumulative GPA of 3.0 out of 4.0 or higher (unofficial academic transcripts must be provided at time of application by uploading the documents to your application or profile) Be able to obtain and maintain a U.S.

Government security clearance (U.S.

citizenship is a pre-requisite) Must be able to work on-site in McLean, Virginia Demonstrated problem solving skills Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) Preferred Qualifications Have an overall cumulative GPA of 3.7/4.0 or higher Knowledge of SAP Government Contracting Experience Excellent communication, organization and analytical skills The ability to handle multiple assignments and meet tight deadlines Salary Range: $55,300
