Northrop Grumman Defense Systems Sector is seeking an Associate Business Management Analyst/Business Management Analyst to support the division financial reporting manager in the Combat Systems and Mission Readiness Division in McLean, VA .

Roles and responsibilities for this position include, but not limited to: Monthly Awards, Acquisitions, and Backlog reporting and reconciliation Monthly/quarterly forecasting, reporting, and analysis activities including Custom-1 Supplemental inputs, review of awards/acquisitions/backlog for financial approval by Controller, JV entries for quarterly subk accruals, review of RPO forms followed by input into SAP, and other related tasks Annual backlog review Annual Operating Plan (AOP) activities CRAD reporting and forecasting, including coordination with Division Strategy, BD and Business Units Quarterly QA schedules related to top awards/RPO adjustments and restricted awards/backlog Tax reporting/coordination activities (sales by state, Fairfax County S/W development, etc.) SOX activities, specifically related to RPO and subk accruals Back-up POC for capital tracking and reporting activities Monitor and update Precision attributes as required Other ad hoc duties as assigned The candidate should be well organized, schedule-driven, and have the ability to multi-task while meeting tight deadlines.

Strong analytical skills to support various reporting and analytics requirements Basic Qualification: Associate Business Management Analyst : Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field Proficiency with MS Office Suite, specifically Excel, Word, and PowerPoint Must be able to work onsite in McLean, VA Business Management Analyst : Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field and a minimum of 3 years of experience or 1 year with a Master’s degree Proficiency with MS Office Suite, specifically Excel, Word, and PowerPoint Must be able to work onsite in McLean, VA Preferred Qualifications: Experience with the following reporting tools: SAP Business Warehouse (BW) Precision, Cognos, or similar planning/reporting tools Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to interface with multiple disciplines and varying levels of management Excellent organizational and prioritization skills Advanced Excel skills A background with international entity processes is preferred, as is experience with reporting/forecasting tools Salary Range: $55,300.00
– $82,900.00Salary Range 2: $67,500.00
– $101,300.00 Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to basepay.
