The ideal candidate will execute on the below job functions with a high level of quality and accuracy.nn Support the senior brokers in initiating new business relationships and taking initiative to outreach to new leads (cold calls, warm calls, emails, etc.) Builds and implements business development processes and procedures that balances quality, speed and efficiency.
Operates in a state of continuous process improvement.
Continuously brings forward new ways to present material to improve pitch materials and proposals on an ongoing basis.
Serve as a technology champion for JLL market level software programs used in brokerage.
Prepare offering materials for new or existing assignments and pursuits utilizing effective work planning capabilities.
Assist with the preparations of presentation and pitch materials for new business pursuits.
Assist with preparation of client deliverables and presentations which influence and provide impact for the client.
Gather and evaluate economic, demographic, and real estate market data for input into client deliverables and valuation models.
Read and review real estate documents (i.e.
leases, environmental and engineering reports, appraisals, etc.) and prepare abstract reports for clients and prospective clients.
Assist and participate in planning as needed for industry functions or client events and open houses Update and maintain company Contact Relationship Management database to track prospects, clients, and deal information Review and analyze client’s quantitative portfolio data, legal documents, and other material as part of project due diligence process.
Provide clients with industry and market specific information as it relates to their business and maintain contact information on prospects.
Review and understand financial models, cash flow projections, and valuation models.n nn Sound like you?
To apply you need to be: nn Bachelor’s Degree in Real Estate, Business, Marketing, or related 1-3+ years of experience High level of proficiency and working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook required and knowledge of Adobe Software such as InDesign and Photoshop a plus Capability to self-learn new software applications and business development tools.
Ability to identify and enhance efficiency around business development initiatives and technology innovation.
