Position Overview: BakerHostetler’s Los Angeles office is seeking a mid-level associate (4-7 years’ experience) to join its Real Estate Group.
The candidate will join our team of more than 50 attorneys in a multidisciplinary real estate practice representing lenders and borrowers in all types of commercial real estate transactions, including complex, high-stakes projects around the country Qualifications Include: Experience in real estate finance; lender-side is a plus, but not required Experience in real estate transactions including structuring joint ventures, purchase and sale agreements, and management agreements Familiarity with leasing is a plus, but not required Am Law 100 experience A strong academic record, having earned a J.D.
