With that said, there is flexibility in either on-site, hybrid or remote. Note: Remote candidates need to live within a reasonable distance to the office and local courts JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES · Draft pleadings and motions, responses to motions · Draft and review discovery documents · Attend hearings, depositions, mediations, inspections · Negotiate settlements · Perform legal research · Working closely with experts QUALIFICATIONS · Admission to California State Bar · Experienced in Insurance Defense Litigation · Ideally 5 years of civil litigation experience · Must be able to demonstrate exceptional knowledge and expertise in all phases of litigation from pleadings through trial. · Must be a team player and self-starter Interested in hearing more?
