This means we are constantly looking at Facebook performance to optimize and streamline creative decisions to give our direct-to-consumer clients the best chance of success in the marketplace to grow their client-base.

We never settle for “good enough” and react in real-time to make creative decisions and leverage how the world responds to our creative to make it even better.nn nn n nn nnWe are looking for an Assistant Editor to join our Los Angeles team.

The ideal candidate is a self-starter, eager to become an innovator in the DR editing space, and wants to become a part of an exploding industry of opportunity.

nn nn Responsibilities nn Syncing audio and footage in Premiere Pro Creating stringouts and selects for production assets Creating proxies for all productions Updating asset manager (Monday) boards with links to assets Transfer footage from shoots to the server Organizing and transferring client assets to the server Maintaining the organization of the server Relinking assets in project files as needed Editing (updating) existing social media including: Changing text throughout ad (based on provided script) Changing video header text Changing video opener visual (switching opening clips) Updating video outros Assist with small tasks (plugging in hard drives or copying footage) for other departments (as needed) nn Requirements nn Knowledge of Premiere Pro and Media Encoder Understand Premiere Pro editing workflow Basic knowledge of After effects (able to open a project, relink assets or change text within After Effects) Very organized with attention to details Knowledge of proxy workflow a plus Basic color correcting in Lumetri panel a plus Interest in Social Media ads a plus nn n nn nn  First Media is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
