China Mobile International (USA) Inc. is looking for a driven and versatile Assistant Pricing Manager to empower our Network & Product Support team. The ideal candidate will be working with account managers and the solution team to source and provide quotations.
Job Responsibilities:
- Work on the commercial part of the solution on daily basis, and RFP response for large projects.
- Detailed scope includes but not limited to:
- Checking pricing and product according to related documents and filling system.
- Frequently communicate with HK HQ team or mainland China team, making bidding strategy based on product portfolios and competition, etc.
- Communicate with regional business vendors and carriers to understand and keep up with their product offerings
- Source, evaluate, and review global suppliers’ product, commercial terms, and pricing
- Conduct business intelligence report Periodically for market trend and vendor performance evaluation
- Fully understand and master internal sales operations processes in order to evaluate and access opportunities for improvements.
- Partner with support department to develop solutions and make proposals based on customer needs and inquiries.
- Work closely with different business units and make sure all projects are smooth and efficient.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Business Analysis or project related qualification is a plus
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a sale support role, telecom related market is preferred, and global telecom business experience is a plus
- Strong customer-orientated attitude, self-motived, detailed oriented, well organized and can work under pressure and in different time zones
- Effective, clear, and charismatic presentation skills
- Highly collaborative, strong listening and interpersonal skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Suite
