Advantage Technical is seeking an Assistant Buyer for our client in Hercules, CA.nnnMonitors Procurement reports and evaluate trending data and report on trends to management nInteract with Suppliers to help onboard on Taulia (e-invoicing system) nActively manage Taulia on-boarding and assist with problem resolution nWorks with appropriate parties (outside Procurement) to resolve invoice workflow issues to minimize overdue invoices and ensure supply availability.
nAssist Procurement and other teams (Cost Center owners and requestors) in resolving SAP innssues.
nnBachelors degree or equivalent in Supply Chain Management, logistics, Business Administration or related discipline or equivalent combination of education and experience.nnnProficiency in Microsoft Windows and Office (Excel, Word, Access, and PowerPoint).
nSAP &n/or MRP experience is preferred.
nPower BI experience is preferred.nnnCoursework towards CPM and/or CPIM certification is preferred.
nStrong oral and written communication skills, good negotiation skills, and multitasking skills with good organizational skills.
