Assistant Bookkeeper

This position requirement proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft application.

Previous experience of working in Business Management accounting and/or a CPA firm or an entertainment firm.nn nn n nn nnSalary up to $60k commensurate with experience and benefits.nn nn n nn nn ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS nn nnThe Assistant Account Manager will work closely with the Account Manager and Businessnn nnManager to service clients on all financial management functions, including:nn nn
• Preparation and delivery of monthly financial statements for clients and corporationsnn nn
• Conduct bank/brokerage statement reconciliationnn nn
• Data entry and coding of all financial transactionsnn nn
• Accounts Receivables, Accounts Payables and Invoicingnn nn
• Generate reports for quarterly and year-end tax preparationnn nn
• Provide excellent customer service to all clients and vendorsnn nn
• Maintain accurate and organized recordsnn nn
• Additional duties as assignednn nn REQUIREMENTS nn nn
• 3+ years of experience in a Business Management environmentnn nn
• High proficiency with QuickBooks and Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).nn nn
• Proven experience overseeing multiple projects and meeting strict deadlines.nn nn
• Personable, positive and enthusiastic attitude.nn nn
• Client interaction/customer service experiencenn nn
• Education and/or training in finance and businessnn nn
• DataFaction knowledge is a plusnn nn
