Adecco is currently assisting a local client in their search to fill a Remote/Local Patient Care Call Coordinator position in Irving, TX (First day is on site, the rest is remote) Apply now if you meet the qualifications listed below
• Type: Fulltime (40 hours / week) contract to hire
• Length: 3 months
• Pay: 18.00 / HR
• Shift/Hours: The work hours can be anywhere from 8a-530p Monday
– Friday ( Saturday’s as needed).

Responsibilities for this Customer Care Representative job include, but are not limited to: It will allow us to support the referral volume for the USMD clinics in the Central Region.

We have a current team of 30, most peers work from home.

The team is separated into groups, however are pretty close.

1.

Manage the internal/ external referral process and daily referral reconciliation gathering required information and documents needed, working them accordingly in compliance with established timelines 2.

Answers telephone and assists caller through the phone queue with scheduling and other needs based on the call type 3.

Deliver quality customer service, managing the referral process professionally and in a timely manner maintaining professionalism and a positive attitude with all internal and external customers/peers 4.

Ability to work independently 5.

Obtain and update prior authorizations and referral authorizations for both internal and external specialty offices Qualifications required for job:

Health Care related experience 1 years 2.

Effective verbal and written communication skills 3.

Able to navigate through multiple software and computer technology 4.

Knowledge of medical terminology 5.

High school diploma or GED equivalent required 6.

Customer service experience 1 years 7.

Effective verbal and written communication skills 8.

Strong customer service skills 9.

Detail oriented with organizational and time management skills 10.

Efficient proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including: Excel, Word and Outlook Preferred attributes: 1.

Knowledge of basic medical terminology 2.

Referral management experience 1-2 years 3.

Medical Insurance experience 1-2 years 4.

Customer Service 3-5 years 5.

Bilingual Dress Code: Scrubs or business casual is the current dress code.
