Manage resources, processes, and the strategy for the Site-Specific Artwork Management team.Manage a staff of Artwork Project leaders and Artwork project analysts. Identify resources needed to manage label changes. Coordinate the implementation artworks for a group of products while balancing Site Specific efficiency, distribution, customer service, and meeting inventory, manufacturing/CMO, quality and regulatory requirements.Manage and account for the creation, maintenance, and process of artwork development for printed packaging components through external suppliers for all markets. Manage programs, portfolio and change control for Artwork development.Preside as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the site concerning the Artwork Management.Main player in global strategic projects (Labeling Change related). Ensure Artwork Operations is represented on cross-functional project teams for important projects such as New Product Introduction, New Market developments, Rebranding, Serialization.Break down strategic targets into department targets and lead PMOs to completion; responsible for observing the budget.Support Site specific forecasting and budgeting activities for the Artwork Management team.Interface with regulators during inspections for Artwork change control and Artwork Development topics.How you will contribute: Process-Project and Portfolio Management / 60%Ensure GMP Processes, Procedures and Best Business Practices are always used within Artwork Operations.Establish good working relationships with key colleagues involved in the artwork process across the organization, such as GRA, GPT and Supply Planning, to ensure compliant use of the artwork process and systems to support the of artwork.Work directly with internal design studio, external graphic houses and print vendors to coordinate artwork development and publishing of new/ revised artwork as well as technical/ profile drawings and guides.Manage and report process performance of label changes.Ensure globally harmonized application of material artwork implementation processes across the different functions and facilities.Drive improvement within responsibilities through implementing continuous improvement opportunities with the objective of achieving operational excellence.Manage overall portfolio and projects for Artwork changes site specific considering lowest possible impact on market supply and manufacturing operations while still maintaining highest possible efficiency in change implementation.Identify and engage necessary resources. Identify barriers and recommend solutions. Develop a project execute to timeline. Communicate project status to requestors, customers and senior management.Determine implementation plan and if required mitigation strategy based on supply/demand forecast. Optimize inventory levels with Supply Planning to reduce the financial impact of the change while securing the Artwork Change.Align different Supply Chain views and needs (Supply Planning, Demand Planning, Strategic Sourcing & Supplier Management) in the context of material/label change to one Supply Chain implementation strategy.Lead global teams in defining program strategies, developing goals, assigning project tasks and ensures the team meets all goals.Analyze complex data with the understanding of trade-offs between different our goals and present recommendations.Team Management / 15%Identify resource requirements and assign projects and tasks according to priorities and resource availability.Provide, prioritization, and resolution of important issues across the cross-functional team, unit, and function.Communicate strategic objectives and daily business-related information. Attend team and other staff meetings.Disciplinary responsibility for all employees within the department.Select and staff direct report positions.Guide organizational and individual people development.
