We are looking for like-minded people who can share our passion for success We are looking for a Field Applications Engineer (FAE) who has the right mix of technical prowess and business savvy and can confidently find, select,resource,and win new business opportunities.

This person should be a self-starter who can prioritize their activities to maximize Design Wins and Sales Revenue around the electronic component products and services they support.

This person should be conscious of the value of the opportunities they are driving and provide appropriate levels of support and resources withaneffort to maximize sales revenue and design wins.The ideal candidate will be able to quickly respond and support our salespeople with their customers technical issues while also finding and driving new opportunities on their own.

The ideal candidate should be able to quickly learn the companys sales support systems to confidently search for new leads to pursue with or without the responsible account manager.

What Youll Be DoingCommunicating with customers, reviewing their designs.

Presentingand recommendingrelevantproducts andsolutionsto influencetheircomponent selection.Providingpre-sales and post-sales technical support for theFPGA and/or MCU based designs.Presenting technical seminars, workshops, and demosto customers.Partner with the sales team across pre-and post-sales activities,and topromote demand creation.

Champion return on engineering investment, design win priorities, initiatives, and promotions by obtaining buy-in and support from sales.?Attendingsupplier trainings.

Learning new products and technologies.Meeting with suppliers to review customer design activity and identify compelling solutions to promote.Attendingand actively participatingin strategic branch meetings and QBR.

Develop and drive strategic technical plans by supplier line or customer solutions.Organize engineering customer events.

May support design services initiatives.

Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate:$141,750.00 $173,250.00 Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level.
