Ah yes, the details and specific RESPONSIBILITIES HR wants us to include: Execute the product sales strategy for field sales.

Drive sales in a geographic area of responsibility to meet the assigned product sales quotas.

Acts as the product liaison to Marketing.

Assists in creation of sales messaging deployment.

Assist with digital messaging creation and production.

Assist with product sales education and coordinates training efforts relative to product sales.

Create and deploy industry knowledge within their geographic area of responsibility.

Travels to different geographic areas to participate in joint end user calls as the ADP channel liaison.

Report market information regarding competitors’ efforts in the channel, pricing awareness, sales inhibitors, and successes in the field.

Champion and interface between sales management and other functional ADP groups (field sales, training, telesales, operations, marketing, etc.) Drive involvement of channel partners in sales process with sales leadership through periodic reviews with focus on: activity Standards and referral activity (inbound/outbound lead flow), partner updates and campaigns Communication: Provide progress update to Sr.

Sales Leadership.

Deliver market facing presentations leveraging technology along with industry and product knowledge.

Provides recruiting assistance when sourcing, selecting, licensing and training of sales personnel.

Drive market adoption in trade shows and client events as needed.

Up to 30% travel required, including overnights.

Performs other related duties as assigned.

Reports to Sr Director Future of Work QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED: 5 experience in a product marketing or management notably in Human Capital Management, Recruiting, Talent, WFM, AI, HCM, RPA, Analytics or UX design.

Candidate Must be US citizen.

Apply today PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Preference will be given to candidates who have the following: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent Online Certifications in HCM, Data Science or related fields.

Expertise in Human Capital Management (VPHR, CPO or like) Strong understanding of technology and the ability to leverage in consultative client settings.

Excellent verbal, written communication and AWESOME presentation skills are required.

Ability to conceptualize, negotiate and sell ideas internally and externally is essential.

Ability to generate and implement concepts, ideas, and plans while functioning in a flexible, constantly changing environment is necessary.

Must be a strong team player.

Cannot stress this enough.

Must like people.
