About the Company and Opportunity:

- Due to immense growth, they are looking to hire a second seasoned temporary AR Specialist for their office in Baltimore city to join their small accounting team. For the right candidate, this position can go permanent.

- Day to day tasks include managing a high volume of complex billing, taking orders and converting them to invoices, posting cash, collections, account reconciliations, and handling customer inquiries
Overview of the Role:
- This position is temporary to hire and will begin immediately after an in person interview
- Position is in office. This is not a remote position.
- Hours are typically 9AM-5PM Monday-Friday but can be flexible for a later start time
- Pay Rate: $21-23/hour

- Must have good customer service and be able to answer phones and speak professionally

- Must be comfortable working in a fast paced environment handling a high volume of work
Preferred Qualifications for the AR Specialist:
- Proficiency with Excel required
- 2+ years of AR experience required
- Preference will be given to candidates who have manufacturing experience
