We are currently seeking an Application Analysis and Development Consultant / Divisional AVP for our Los Angeles, CA, Cincinnati, OH, or Kennesaw, GA location.
Responsibilities
Designs and develops new software products or major enhancements to existing software:
Leads development teams in the design of highly complex software systems.
Consults with users or other IT professionals to resolve issues with programs.
Contributes to the development of project plans and timelines.
Provides estimates for planned work.
Identifies, analyzes and resolves problems relating to systems integration, compatibility and multiple platforms.
Recommends appropriate strategic actions.
Assesses the business and organizational implications of key application technology alternatives for wide-impact initiatives.
Exhibits expert business knowledge and leverages strong customer relationships.
Responsible for implementing, enhancing, and maintaining Brokerage technology solutions.
Manages Insurance/Brokerage expectations and relationships.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
Field of Study: Computer Science, Information Technology or a related discipline.
Experience: 1 0 or more years of related experience.
Resource Management, P&L Forecasting, Vendor Relationship, and Negotiation skills
