Job Description: Growing and dynamic company that works with consumers to create custom home furnishing is looking to hire MULTIPLE International Accounts Product Specialist’s.
*Previous Furniture, Garment, Apparel, Textile, Retail, Distribution, Manufacturing, Warehouse, Merchandising or Cosmetics industry background is a huge plus** Job Responsibilities Included but not Limited To: ?Working with international and domestic accounts.
?Responsible for the planning and execution of production activity for made-to-order and custom luxury furniture and decor.
?Executes each sales order according to company standards and the customer’s specifications.
?Ability to effectively communicate with a number of players, including but not limited to: sales representatives, warehouse supervisors, craftsman artisans, department managers, internal departments (accounting, shipping and receiving, etc.), third party vendors, and whoever else necessary to fulfill the order.
?Monitor and manage inventory, maintain data within software systems and networks, observe standards for accurate accounting, perform visual and tactile inspections of each piece throughout various stages of production, and participate in the customization process.
?Print and Email Order Acknowledgements as requires.
?Process, send, follow up, and update approvals as necessary.
?Follow up on Status Checks and order completions.
?Communicate effectively with all vendors regarding purchase order status and details.
?Respond to all inquiries either via of phone, e-mail or mail effectively and timely.
?Maintain product identification, location, and lot code accuracy.
?Work with clients and vendors to manage expectations and avoid problems wherever possible.
?Process/Receive all packing slips timely and accurately.
?Conduct daily cycle counts and investigate discrepancies and problems.
?Assists in root-cause analysis for inventory errors.
?Prepare weekly reports highlighting inventory variances.
?Locates items that may have incorrect locations or stock numbers.
?Communicates with departments as needed regarding new items, changes of location, counts, etc.
?Performs and assists with general maintenance and cleanup of warehouse.
?Prepare various inventory movement reports as needed.
?Ensures department goals are being met and adhering to approved budgets.
?Other duties as needed.
Required Skills/Abilities: ?High school diploma or equivalent, Associates or Bachelor?s degree is a plus.
?Must have 2 3 year’s minimum experience in cycle counting and inventory management experience.
?Strong experience using Microsoft Excel.
?Reliable and strong work ethic.
?Ability to multi-task and maintain a safe work environment.
?Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
?Excellent interpersonal skills and attention to detail.
?Thorough understanding of inventory policies and procedures.
