This is a Direct Hire opportunity with amazing benefits, and perks.Duties and responsibilitiesAssist in the administration of Employee Benefits processes?Documentation review and tracking support for new acquisitions and transitions and following up on missing information?Answering employee benefit questions via email and phone?Flag acquisitions in states with disability and workers?

compensation requirements for the Benefits Specialist?Assist with the Special and Open Enrollment processes?Gather benefit plan documentation and update tracker for annual 1095 process?Coordinate and follow up with Benefit Specialist on benefit plan changes?All other duties as assignedKnowledge, Skills and Ability?2-3 years of general benefits experience?Ability to handle confidential matters appropriately.?Ability to multi-task, prioritize and re-prioritize as necessary.?Intermediate to advanced Excel proficiency?Ability to effectively communicate and work with varied personality types.AppleOne is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
