Los Angeles office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks appellate counsel with 7+ years of experience.
The candidate should have successfully briefed and argued appeals before the Ninth Circuit and California appellate courts.
Should also have experience assisting trial counsel during all phases of the litigation process in preserving and developing issues for appellate review.
Prior federal appellate clerkship experience is preferred, as is some prior experience with labor and employment law.
Must be admitted in California.
The candidate must have excellent academic credentials, strong writing and analytical skills, and ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Should be a self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
