Essential Job Functions:
- Walk the grounds and common interior areas daily, removing litter and debris from lawns, planting beds, parking areas, sidewalks, ramps, and indoor spaces. Empties all trash receptacles
- Vacuum, dust, buff, and wash hallways, lobbies, stairwells, elevator cars, and other common interior areas
- Duties may include the use of a power washer, cleaning or vacuuming a pool, and assisting maintenance team members as needed
- General maintenance experience
- General knowledge of maintenance repair and service
- Positive attitude and ready to work
- Ability to work weekend hours as required
